S., through their Specialty Tea Institute, they strive to remain current on tea related topics, trends and findings within the tea industry. As perpetual students of the leaf, they share their knowledge through publications, postings and hands on learning experiences. Subsequently, this knowledge is shared with their clients in specialty tea shops throughout New Jersey and PA. In addition, both are active members in the Mid-Atlantic Tea Business Association, where Debbie is currently the president. Their on-line business features a wide array of teas and tea accoutrements to purchase.

The Mid-Atlantic Tea Business Association, also known as MATBA, was founded in 2005 to advance the knowledge of tea through networking and educational opportunities for the tea entrepreneur in our member states, which include: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC. and West Virginia.
