Vendor/Exhibitor Information

Thank you for joining us at the Pennsylvania Tea Festival!  The fragrant herb gardens of The Rosemary House provide a unique and relaxing venue for this event.

Booth Spaces will be assigned on a first come/first serve basis. Electricity is available if requested in advance.

Two folding chairs are provided if you need. Tables are available to rent for $15.00.

1 Six foot uncovered table provided under a solid roof, open wall pavilion

B, B4, B5, B6 - $75.00

1 Six foot uncovered table provided, outside, minimal weather protection (shade umbrella)

S7*, S8 - $75.00

1 8 foot uncovered table provided in a solid roof, solid wall building, customers enter the building from both sides.

L9, L11, L12, L13, L14, L15, L16 - $100.00 (Tables are available to rent) 

10 by 10 outdoor space provided, can pull right up to your booth area to unload.

L17 - $150.00 (Tables are available to rent)

10 by 10 outdoor space provided. Set up at these booths cannot begin until 8 a.m.

10 by 10 outdoor space provided in the secret garden near the entrance/exit for the lecture hall

Very intimate spot in the small Gazebo. Shaded and covered. Small round table available to use.

Quirky 10 by 10 outdoor space provided in the garden area. Requires creative set up.
